Where are my tickets?
Tickets will be posted out 2-3 weeks before the date of the event. We cannot answer questions regarding tickets and delivery, you will need to contact the company you booked your tickets with. You can track your tickets in your account section on www.ticketline.co.uk 

How much are the tickets?
Thursday - Bryan Adams - £39
Friday – Will Young – £37.50

Saturday – Total Access Live - £15
Sunday – Simply Red - £42.50

I haven’t bought a bus ticket – can I still get on a bus?
Yes, you can get on one of the buses on Saturday.  You will need to pay £5 on the day for the return journey.

Where do I get the bus from?
Stoke - Stoke Railway Station, Stoke Road, Stoke On Trent, ST4 2AA
Hanley - Hinde Street, Hanley, ST1 3RF
Newcastle Under Lyme - School Street, Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5 1HG
Crewe - Crewe Gates Industrial Estate, Weston Road, Crewe, CW1 6AP
Congleton - Congleton Fairground, Mountbatten Way, CW12 1DG

Buses depart every 20 minutes from 12.30 – make sure you get there in plenty of time.

How do I get the bus home after the gig?
When you arrive at Betley Court Farm you will be dropped off in the designated bus area.  After the gig, return to the same area and get back on one of the buses.  Be aware that there will be queues for the buses and you may not get onto one for some time.  Your bus will return you to the site where you boarded it.

When does the gig start and end?
Gates open at Betley Court Farm at 2.00 on Saturday.  The show starts at 2.45 and will end at about 7.30.

Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available and is free. Please consider car sharing as the roads can become busy at peak times.
There is a pick up and drop of point for private cars and taxis which is clearly signposted and a short, 2 min walk to the main entrance to the arena.

How can I get home if I don’t have a bus ticket?
There will be a taxi rank clearly signposted.

I want to bring along my toddler – can they get in for free?
Babies under 1 are allowed entry free of charge.  Everyone else must have a valid ticket.

I am disabled, what do I need to do?
Parking is restricted so arriving early is recommended. You will need to show your concert ticket to the steward at the car park entrance and then display a current blue disabled badge in the window. The car park is located a short distance from the entrance to the event arena. To book a wheelchair platform ticket please visits www.ticketline.co.uk or call 0844 888 9991

Is there an age limit for Total Access Live?
There is no age limit; however, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring food and drink with me?
You will not be allowed to take food or drink into the gig.  Food and drink is on sale inside the event.

Can I bring an umbrella? 
Unfortunately umbrellas are not permitted as they obscure the view for others

Is there any seating?
This is not a seated event but you are permitted to bring a small foldup seat for the Thursday, Friday and Sunday concerts although seating is not permitted for the Saturday concert.  Please note seats will only be permitted in a specific area with in the arena which will be mixed seating and standing, the other space will be standing only.

What happens if it rains?
The concert will go ahead in the rain so please come prepared. Concerts are only ever cancelled if the weather conditions make it dangerous.

Will there be cash machines?
Yes, there will be a cash machine situated within the concert arena

Can I smoke in the arena?
The same regulations apply to Betley Concerts as the rest of the country meaning you can smoke in the open air but not inside marquees or tents.
