Two Men Armed With Gun Charged After Threats Made In Lower Broughton

Two men have been charged after members of the public were threatened in Lower Broughton. 

Kirktis Edwards (05/04/1983) of no fixed address and Rumaal Ingram (31/07/1987) of The Parklands, Radcliffe have both been charged with the following offences: 

·        Possession of a prohibited weapon 
·        Possession of ammunition 
·        Possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear or unlawful violence. 

Ingram has also been charged with possession of cannabis, driving whilst disqualified and driving with no insurance. 

They have been remanded in custody to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court today, Thursday 3 January 2019. 

At around 3.55am on Tuesday 1 January 2019, police were called to reports of men making threats outside a house on Cottenham Lane in Lower Broughton.
