Police Appeal After KFC Robbery In Bolton

Did you witness a robbery at KFC in Deane, Bolton?

Officers are appealing for information after KFC on Derby Street in Bolton was robbed on Thursday 16 May 2019.

At around 11.20pm a man armed with a knife entered the restaurant and threatened members of staff and demanded money.

Thankfully, no one was injured during the robbery, but staff were left understandably shaken.

A second man waited outside in a blue Ford Fiesta Titanium and the pair fled with cash.

The man who entered the shop is described as over 6ft tall, olive coloured skin with hazel eyes, medium build  and in his 30’s. He wore is hood up and black scarf covering bottom part of his face. He had a tattoo on his right lower arm.

He was carrying a green coloured hold-all with a brown strap and threatened staff with a large kitchen knife, which was around 8 inches long with black handle.

The second man was white and had light coloured hair.

Police have now released images in the hope someone will recognise the two men.
