The mother of four children who died in a house fire in Walkden in 2017 has left her hospital bed to present a cheque to staff who helped save her life.
£1000 has been raised by family and the public for Wythenshawe Burns Unit where 37 year old Michelle is being treated.
15 year old Demi, eight year old Brandon, seven year old Lacie and three year old Lia all lost their lives when arsonists attacked the family home on Jackson Street in December 2017.
Michelle survived the attack and has been in hospital ever since.
Posting on social media Michelle's mum Sandra Lever said:
"We would just like to thank everybody for their generous donations. We have raised a huge rounded amount of £1000 for Wythenshawe burns unit.
We would like to thank our community for their continued support."
