Major Delays On Trains Into Manchester After Signalling Fault

There are major delays on the trains from Bolton in Manchester after a signalling fault at Deansgate.

Due to a fault with the signalling system at Deansgate trains have to run at reduced speed on some lines.

The line has now been fully opened but delays will remain as services get back to normal.

Rail replacement transport is recruited to run in place of cancelled services where possible.
