Bolton Wanderers Community Trust set up food bank

Members of staff from the club and Bolton Whites Hotel haven't been paid for two weeks.

The clubs Community Trust say they will keep not let members of satff or their families go hungry after the club went into administration.

The players themselves haven't been paid since February, although the PFA have supplied a small loan to tide them over.

Health and Safety concerns at The Whites Hotel meant that it's been closed since May 1 .

The club shop and main stadium remain open and in business, including caterer's Heathcotes & Co who say they're endeavouring to honour booked events.

Wanderers’ bank accounts have also been frozen due to their ongoing winding-up hearing with HMRC and other creditors at the High Court. It's hoped funds will be made available for wages.
