Our 'Thoughts The Day' give you something to reflect on and give you a bit of inspiration for the week ahead.

Phil joined the station in 1999, the year the station launched and he's been giving his thoughts for the day on the airwaves every weekend since.

As well as working with Tower FM, Phil is Minister to Bolton Methodist Mission and the Chaplain to Bolton Wanderers.
