School Pays Tribute To Lewis Millward

Statement from Wade Deacon High School:

Following the tragic death of one of our pupils, Lewis Millward, also known as Lewis Edge, we would like to make the following statement;

"Lewis was a well-respected member of the school community, who showed much promise. His teachers describe him as a quiet, conscientious and focused pupil with a positive attitude to learning; a hard worker with commitment and determination.

He showed his musical talent as part of a school Rock Band, performing to audiences in the school hall this week.

Lewis had many friends across his year group and throughout the school. This is a tragic loss for the school community and he will be sadly missed.

Our thoughts are with his family and close friends. We offer them our most sincere condolences.”
