A mum from Atherton's making a desperate appeal after doctors told her they'd run out of ideas to treat her sons cancer
12 year old Kyle Buckley suffers from a rare muscle tissue cancer called Rhabdomyosarcoma.
He has fought off the disease three times in the past but it has now returned and medical professionals have said there is little they can do apart from provide palliative care.
However Kyle's mum Carol hasn't given up and is now trying to get her son on a medical trial in Germany in an attempt to save his life.
Carol told us
"It's been another big shock to us but this time they are more or less saying there is nothing they can do"
"With how far his cancer is the biggest problem would be swelling and with it being on his vertebrae it's just to dangerous"
The family have been fundraising for some time and have spent £17,000 so far as they try and get Kyle accepted onto a trial in Europe.
"We just feel like they have given up and it's now time for us to find a treatment. We have heard of other people in similar situations who have found treatment abroad and they are still here to this day"
"We just need as much help as we can possibly get so if there is anyone out their who can help I would be grateful. I'm just trying to save my sons life"
