Gary Dean has one leg amuptated
Police are appealing for help from the public in tracing a man reported missing.
Gary Dean, 25, went missing from Hollins Park Hospital in Warrington at 2.40pm on 4th July.
Police are growing increasingly concerned for his safety and are appealing for help from the public.
Gary is described as white, 6’ 2” tall, of stocky build, with black shaved hair. He was wearing dark jeans and a t-shirt.
Gary has limited mobility and uses a wheelchair as his left leg is amputated above the knee. He left Hollins Park in his wheelchair but sometimes uses crutches. It is believed that he has access to money but does not have a mobile phone with him.
Gary takes regular medication, which if missed, can have a detrimental effect upon his health. He is not believed to be a risk to the public.
Inspector Iain Hannan said: "We are concerned for Gary’s welfare and are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen him or has any information as to his whereabouts. Extensive enquiries are ongoing to trace him and anyone who can assist with our enquiries is urged to contact Cheshire Police immediately on 101 quoting incident number 769 of 4th July.”
