Helen Jones says thieves are despicable and must be caught

There's outrage in Warrington, after a plaque in memory of Tim Parry and Johnathon Ball, the boys killed in the IRA bombing in 1993, was stolen

People in the town have told us they're disgusted.

We've also been speaking to Warrington North MP Helen Jones, who's told us the thieves MUST be caught.
