Police are hunting a Bolton burglar who is wanted on recall to prison.
Paul Tillot (born 24/11/1970), was recalled to prison on 20 June 2012 for breaching his strict licence conditions.
He was originally sentenced to 45 months imprisonment at Bolton Crown Court in June 2012 for several burglaries he committed in the Bury area over the space of four days in March 2010. He was released on licence in March 2012.
Tillot lives at an address on Woodvale Grove in Great Lever and is aware he is wanted and has since fled the address and continues to evade police.
Detective Chief Inspector Sarah Jackson, head of Bolton CID, said: "Tillot is a prolific burglar and I have officers looking for him, but we need help from members of the public in locating him. He has connections to Bury and Bolton.
"I must also stress that should anybody be found assisting or harbouring Tillot, they too will be arrested and face a possible prison sentence of their own as this is a very serious offence."
Anyone with information about Tillot's whereabouts should call police on 0161 856 5576, 101, or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
