Job Title: Sales Manager

Role Responsibilities: Right now we are looking for an experienced and ambitious sales manager for Tower FM, part of the Wireless Group of radio stations. Someone who has the drive to lead a team of account managers to success, whilst still having the passion to sell great ideas to their own new and existing clients.

You will work with your team of account managers, centred around Bolton and Bury, to drive performance, with the ultimate aim of delivering monthly and quarterly targets for Tower FM. You’ll do this by working with your team through coaching, dual calls and ongoing guidance, to drive sales activity, effective client meetings and face to face sales presentations The role demands someone with the spark and desire, to inspire and lead members of their team to deliver strong results, whilst still being self-motivated to deliver personal revenue goals.

Key Skills Required: You will have experience at leading successful teams within the radio or media industry, or you will be a highly proven and consistent target hitting senior seller, who is keen to share their experience with others, and make the step to management. You will be an excellent negotiator, a strong planner, a long term seller, experienced at developing close client relationships, a firm believer in the creative led sell and an excellent communicator with high level communication skills.

We are creating one of the strongest media teams in the North West selling advertising solutions across on and off air radio campaigns, online, digital solutions, sponsorship and promotions too.
